ELKO, Nev. –The California Trail Interpretive Center staff is offering free winter programs through December. Presentations are at 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday and include a variety of topics from Shoshone history and pioneer life, to Elko County history.
Join us on December 21 and 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. for an Old Fashioned Pioneer Christmas. Crafts, re-enactments and a special pioneer dance for children are part of the fun.
