Voters can avoid long lines on election day by taking advantage of the convenience of early voting at seven Washoe County libraries. Libraries will offer early voting for the general election from Oct. 20 to Nov. 2 during open hours as follows:
Downtown Reno Library, 301 South Center St., Reno, 327-8300
Sunday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Tuesday-Saturday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

There will be no early voting at any county facility on Oct. 26 for the observance of Nevada Day.
Citizens can vote early at any location, no matter where in Washoe County they live.
“We’re happy to be able to offer the convenience of early voting to our community again this year,” said Washoe County Library System Director Arnie Maurins. “We also hope voters will spend some time exploring their local library, seeing the great services we provide and signing up for a library card if they don’t already have one.”
