The region’s premiere resort destination, Grand Sierra Resort (GSR), recently unveiled exciting changes to its numerous dining options including the revamped Elements Buffet, which now features fresh serving stations with an array of all-you-can-eat options for guests. Additionally, GSR has refreshed its menus for the family-style, Italian eatery Briscola and the nationally recognized Charlie Palmer Steak, providing even better value and tastier options for locals.

“The changes made to our dining options provide our locals with an exceptional atmosphere and award-winning food at an affordable price,” said Dan Uonites, vice president of marketing at GSR. “We strive to create a grand experience for each person that walks through our doors and the new menu options and incredible values at our restaurants will do just that.”

Elements Buffet, formerly The Lodge, now offers new dishes including everything from fresh roasted prime rib served nightly to a $5 lobster tail or filet mignon add-on. The buffet is now equipped with a seafood pan roast station, cold seafood display, char broiler station — with chops to order — and a chocolate fondue fountain. Additional benefits are available to GSRewards members including discounted breakfast, lunch and dinner prices.

The Charlie Palmer-owned Italian eatery, Briscola, now features a special three-course “Family Supper.” For just $19.95 per person, customers can enjoy a variety of fresh and homemade Italian recipes at unparalleled values. “Family Supper” includes a family-shared appetizer, choice of one entrée and choice of one dessert. Diners can also enjoy all of the same delicious menu options, created by Palmer himself, at even lower prices.

In addition to its rejuvenated menu, the famed Charlie Palmer Steak recently welcomed its Charlie Palmer Lounge. With a daily happy hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., locals can unwind with some of the restaurant’s most popular appetizers at happy hour prices including $1 oysters, lobster corn dogs, ahi tuna tartar, crispy calamari and beef sliders.
