Renown Health and UnitedHealthcare have announced a new network relationship, providing UnitedHealthcare employer and individual plan participants access to the Renown Health’s facilities and services.
This new relationship extends to UnitedHealthcare’s affiliates, including Sierra Health and Life Insurance Company, Sierra Healthcare Options, Health Plan of Nevada, Northern Nevada Health Network and PacifiCare.
Renown Health’s facilities include the two newest hospitals in Reno, the region’s only trauma center, eight urgent care locations, three emergency rooms, including one dedicated to treating children, the region’s only children’s hospital, and access to 18 Renown Medical Group locations and 10 lab services locations. Renown Health also provides the latest technology to treat cancer and heart and stroke disease.
