Serving authentic Mexican cuisine and a variety of seafood and steaks, holiday dining at Pancho & Willie’s will surely satisfy any appetite. Enjoy roasted prime rib of beef with apple horseradish cream and au gratin potatoes, or try a twist on the traditional with pan-seared sesame-crusted salmon with wasabi mashed potatoes. Eggnog cheesecake will be served for dessert. Dinner at Pancho & Willie’s is $18.95++ per guest, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
