Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Eat your greens and join Mountain Bounty Farm’s 24-week winter veggie share. Optional, 17-week fruit share is available as well. Mountain Bounty provides weekly delivery of fresh, organic vegetables and fruit to designated pick-up sites around Reno. Enjoy greens, squash, onions, broccoli, kiwis, oranges, mandarins, lemons and more!

Mountain Bounty is a 15-acre family farm located on the forested contours of the San Juan Ridge near Nevada City, California. 2012 marks Mountain Bounty’s 15th year! Mountain Bounty is Tahoe’s largest CSA provider and is excited to have the available harvest to expand into Reno helping provide more local, organic produce during the winter season. Sierra Nevadians live in a unique place which allows them to eat within 200 miles year-round. Don’t let winter get you down. Fresh vegetables by area farmers are available! You’ll feel good about supporting small farmers and cooking with produce from our regional foodshed.

Mountain Bounty grows a large diversity of vegetables, fruits and cut flowers for a year-round Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. For winter shares, Mountain Bounty partners with Riverdog Farm in Capay Valley to supplement the assortment.

It costs $666 for 24 weeks of veggies and $283.50 for 17-weeks of fruit. Payment plans are available. Many people split a share alternating weeks to make it more affordable. For more information go online or contact us at 530-292-3776, [email protected]
