Green College Class Shows How to Maximize Vegetable Garden Plantings

A free Green College Seminar entitled “How Does Your Garden Grow?” will provide the tools you need to maximize your vegetable plantings and harvest at 11 a.m. Sat., Feb. 5 at Rail City Garden Center, 1720 Brierley Way in Sparks.

The seminar, led by Randy Robison, Jedi Master Gardner, will focus on raised bed and container garden

Seating for the class is limited and reservations are recommended. Call 775-335-1551 to reserve your seat.

While the class is free, a donation of a can of food for the Food Bank of Northern Nevada is encouraged.  A Food Bank collection barrel is conveniently located at Rail City Garden Center.
