SUBMITTED NEWS RELEASE
LAS VEGAS–Today the Keystone Corporation, Nevada’s leading political voice for free market business development, private sector job creation and fiscal conservatism, announced its endorsement of Brian Sandoval for governor of Nevada. He will face Clark County Commission Chairman Rory Reid, son of U.S. Senate majority leader Harry Reid, in November’s general election.
Sandoval is the former attorney general of Nevada and recently stepped down as a federal judge to campaign for governor. He also previously served in the Nevada Legislature and as chairman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
“We are proud to endorse Brian Sandoval for governor of Nevada,” announced the Keystone Corporation board members. “Brian Sandoval is an ethical, conservative public servant who will help steer our state back to prosperity in the years ahead. He is a dedicated leader who will fight against efforts to force any form of corporate or personal income taxes on the citizens and job providers in Nevada. We know that as our state’s CEO, Brian Sandoval will work to enforce the rule of law, work to create private sector job growth and lead the Legislature toward necessary reforms in education delivery systems and state government, particularly in public employee salaries and benefits. We wish him well in his campaign and believe he will serve the working taxpayers well.”
Keystone Corporation is a statewide political action organization that recruits, supports and advocates for candidates or incumbents for governor, state Senate and Assembly who support private sector job creation, low taxation, a responsible regulatory environment and effective delivery of essential state services. The group is proud to have supported many candidates for state office who will be campaigning for office this November.
