Aces seeking public address announcer

aces-300x233-5786170-4838201The Reno Aces Baseball Club has begun its search for a public address announcer for the 2010 season at Aces Ballpark, the organization announced today.

Experienced candidates are invited to send a demo CD to the Reno Aces front office for consideration. A select group of applicants will be invited to audition at Aces Ballpark before the club makes its final selection.

Previous broadcast or public address experience, as well as comprehensive knowledge of baseball and its rules, are required. Candidates must be available for most, if not all, of Reno’s 72 home games in the 2010 season. The public address announcer must be available 90 minutes prior to first pitch through the duration of the game.

Interested candidates should send a demo CD to the Aces front office by Friday, Feb. 26. Please forward all demos to:
