While thousands of people enjoyed the 2016 Street Vibrations Spring Rally, June 3-5, 2016 there were a number of arrests and traffic citations, according to the City of Reno.
The city’s safety statistics for the Street Vibrations Spring Rally events are listed below:
Misdemeanor:
⦁ 11 arrests for alcohol violations
⦁ 5 warrant arrests
⦁ 1 for sitting/lying/obstructing a public sidewalk
⦁ 1 arrest for hit and run / driving under the influence
⦁ 1 arrest for disturbing the peace
⦁ 1 cited for panhandling
Felony:
⦁ 1 arrest for battery on an officer
⦁ 1 arrest for grand larceny of a motor vehicle
⦁ 1 arrest for possession of a stolen motor vehicle
⦁ 1 arrest for drug paraphernalia and identity theft
Other:
⦁ 15 citations for traffic violations
The Spring Rally brings Harley-Davidson and BMX shows, fire dancers and live entertainment to downtown Reno.
