Circus Circus Reno has started a networking group, called Inspired Leaders, as part of a corporate-wide initiative through MGM Resorts International.
“Inspired Leaders helped me personally and professionally,” said Breeze Trebelhorn, sales manager at Circus Circus Reno. “After attending this networking group I was able to hone my skills and meet the directors and managers here, which helped me advance in this corporation.”
The networking group it intended to open doors for employees and allow for a better community within the company.
“Inspired Leaders Networking Group and all MGM Resorts International Networking Groups provide development and a sense of community to all employees who are willing to donate their time to attend,” said Ashlee Disston, sales manager and the chair of Inspired Leaders .
MGM Resorts International has an assortment of networking groups. The groups are open to all employees.
The Reno group meets once a month. At each meeting there is a guest speaker within the company and the community, leadership lessons and public speaking exercises.
