Pack hosts Cal Poly to kick off Men’s Basketball 2014-15 season

image001-150x137-8385009-4393528Nevada Men’s Basketball hosts Cal Poly to begin 2014-15 season: Nevada hosts Cal Poly on Saturday afternoon at 3:05 p.m. to get the 2014-15 season started.  The Wolf Pack rallied to win last year’s road contest 60-58, scoring six points in the final 17 seconds.  The Mustangs posted a 14-20 record last season and advanced to the NCAA Tournament after winning the Big Sky Conference Tournament.

SERIESHISTORY: Nevada leads the series 6-5 after winning 60-58 on the road last season.  The Pack won the previous meeting 69-56 on Dec. 11, 2012 in Reno and has won four of the last six games.

UPNEXT: Nevada hosts Adams State on Monday, Nov. 17 at 7:05 p.m. before playing five in a row away from Reno.  The ASU game will be the first meeting with the Grizzlies.
