Guests will enjoy a menu of Foie Gras Torchon, Crispy Spotted Prawn, Seared Striped Bass, Wood-Fired Glazed Quail, Kobe Beef Strip Loin, and a Chocolate Trio. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with wine from Silver Oak Cellars or their sister property, Twomey Cellars. Silver Oak is best known for their exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, which they have been producing for 40 years at their Napa Valley and Alexander Valley wineries.
