Wells Fargo robbed, suspect detained

RPD NEWS RELEASE

This afternoon Reno Police officers and FBI agents were called to the Wells Fargo Bank, 200 S. Virginia St., Reno, on the report of a robbery. It was learned that the lone suspect entered the bank, approached a teller and robbed her of an undisclosed amount of money. No weapon was used during the robbery.

A suspect has been detained and the FBI will be taking the lead on the investigation.
