Actor Corey Feldman to teach audition technique workshop

TAKE 2 PERFORMERS STUDIO NEWS RELEASE – Actors in northern Nevada will have the chance to sharpen their auditioning skills with veteran actor Corey Feldman at Take 2 Performers Studio in Reno. The workshop will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., on Sunday, April 28.

Corey Feldman began his career at the age of three, starring in a McDonald’s commercial and has sustained a 35-year career as a steadily working actor, with more than 80 films including Lost Boys, Goonies, Stand by Me, Zero Dark Forty and many more. He also guest-starred in such television series as Mork & Mindy, Alice, and Eight Is Enough, before landing a regular part on the sitcom, The Bad News Bears.

During this workshop, actors will learn what to do and what not to do during auditions. Feldman will also critique students and monologues. This workshop is open to students 7 years and up. The cost is $50.00 in advance. Interested actors can call 775-853-3375 to register. Take 2 Performers Studio is located at 9490 Gateway Drive, Suite #110 in southwest Reno. Space is limited so actors are encouraged to register in advance.
