“The support and work of Representative Amodei and Senators Reid and Heller on this very important issue is truly appreciated by Nevada Bighorns Unlimited and our membership, as well as Nevada’s sportsmen, sportswomen, and dedicated conservationists,” said Dennis Wilson, NBU President.

The Pine Forest Recreational Enhancement Act will designate federal land, managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Humboldt County, Nevada, and to be known as the Pine Forest Range Wilderness, as wilderness and as a component of the National Wilderness Preservation System (NWPS).

“Passage of this set of legislation is favorable for Nevada, Nevada’s wildlife and habitat,” said Wilson. For more information, contact Dan Morgan at 775-530-6500.
