Jim Chrisinger helps transform governments so they can deliver more value with limited resources. He has served in state, federal and local government and in all three branches. Both Republicans and Democrats have valued his leadership.

Jim led the Department of Management for then-Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack. Jim and his colleagues pioneered many levers of transformational change in Iowa state government. One of these initiatives, Iowa Charter Agencies, won a $100,000 Innovation in American Government Award sponsored by the Ash Institute at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. The Iowa Charter Agencies model was also recognized with a Council of State Government Innovation Award.
