The Rebels defeated the Wolf Pack 2-1 in the last meeting during the 2011 season in Reno. UNLV is led by junior forward Jenn Wolfe with 11 goals.

The Wolf Pack will play its final home match of the 2012 season Sunday against Fresno State (4-8-4, 2-1-1 MW) at 1 p.m. Nevada trails the overall series 1-12-1, losing the last meeting 2-1 last season in Reno.

“One of our main goals this year is to qualify for the Mountain West Women’s Soccer Tournament in our inaugural season with the conference,” head coach Dr. Melissa Price said. “We are in a position to do that. With three games remaining in conference play we control our own destiny. Friday’s match against our in-state rival presents us with another chance to get closer to achieving that goal. We are focused on taking things one match at a time and look forward to playing in front of our great fans in our final home matches of the season on Friday and Sunday. ”
