NNMC staff earns certification

Adaline Perez, Northern Nevada Medical Center Medical Staff Coordinator, has recently received the nationally recognized designation of Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) awarded by the Certification Commission of NAMSS (National Association Medical Staff Services).

Adaline became certified as Medical Services Professional after passing a comprehensive exam covering a wide range of knowledge in the field. CPCS medical services certified professionals are experts in provider credentialing and privileging, medical staff organization, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and provider relations in the diverse healthcare industry.

“The most important asset in the hospital is our people” said Kris Trotter, Director of Clinical Excellence / Risk Management, “Adaline has been with our team for six years and we are very proud of her accomplishments.”
