Aces Stadium Ditches Baseball for Kickball and It’s All for a Good Cause

Reno’s biggest tech companies, 3G Studios and Understand.com battle it out in the ballpark for bragging rights

On Friday, June 22, 2012 the tech heads of 3G Studios and Understand.com will battle it out on the field of the Reno Aces Ballpark, but they won’t be playing baseball. These tech industry masters will be playing “Kickball for A Cause.” The loosing team will donate $1000 to the winning team’s charity; they also will be washing the winners’ cars during business hours.

Who: Reno’s Tech leaders, 3G Studios and Understand.com lead by team captains James Kosta (3G) and Darik Volpa (Understand.com)
Benefitting Charities: The Veterans Guest House and Big Brothers, Big Sisters
What: A Charity kickball tournament between 3G Studios and Understand.com.
When: Friday, June 22nd at 1:30p.m.
Where: Reno Aces Ballpark, Free and Open to the Public
Why: Because it’s Summer time and kickball is not just for kids!
