Date:

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

The Reno Blues Society is proud to present the Laurie Morvan Band in CARGO@CommRow on Friday, June 8th.

Blues rock lead guitarist Laurie Morvan ignites audiences with her incendiary guitar playing, amiable personality, positive attitude and creative storytelling.

This top-class blues act features Laurie’s honey-thick, sultry voice framed by the sweet whine of her guitar. Her band is solid, it’s obvious that they all have a good relationship on and off the stage. Their sound is a pristine blues that will drive you to the dance floor. You’ll want to see this band live. Laurie is a powerful, inviting and charismatic performer, who’s personal, in between song banter alternates between inspirational and flat out hilarious. The band’s touring schedule continues to expand, with growing invitations to perform at festivals and special events all across the USA and into Canada. Please help us in welcoming her to Reno!

Cargo@CommRow is a non-smoking venue, open to all ages (another first for the RBS!) with a large dance floor, full bar, and a wonderful stage with state of the art sound & lighting. Please help us make this a successful event for the RBS in keepin the blues alive!
