Friends of Nevada Wilderness is seeking volunteers to conduct Citizen Spring Inventories in the Black Rock Desert. Learn how you can help monitor these precious resources during the CSI Skills Training on Saturday, April 21. After the training, volunteers will be treated to an Earth Day picnic.

“The Citizen-Spring Inventory program is a great way for people to learn about and explore the Black Rock Desert,” said  Friends of Nevada Wilderness Associate Director Brian Beffort. “It’s a great feeling to learn about life in the desert and contribute information that helps keep the desert healthy.”
