White female adult found deceased near Marlette Lake

WCSO NEWS RELEASE

The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office found a deceased white female adult in the area of Marlette Lake in Incline Village, Nevada. The circumstances surrounding the death are under investigation but no foul play is suspected at this time. Sheriff’s Office Detectives are currently assigned to this death investigation and encourage anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious near Marlette Lake to contact them at 328-3320 or remain anonymous by calling Secret Witness at 322-4900.

The deceased person was released to the Medical Examiner’s Office pending a medical examination and formal identification. The identity of the person will not be released until notification of next of kin.
