From Saturday, July 2 to Monday, July 4 crowds can sample the best sauces, taste top-notch wings and watch the best in the business compete for poultry pride.  The general public is invited to help judge the specialty wing sauces and crown the 2011 champ.  A People’s Choice Award is given out by Willie “Chicken Wing King” Davison along with 1st through 4th Place Best Sauce titles.

Bring the whole family for an affordable 4th of July celebration!  Admission is free and with arts and crafts vendors and live music from great bands the Chicken Wing Cook-off is a great place to hang out all afternoon!  Last year over 10,000 wings were served at the Cook-Off, with sauces ranging from hot and spicy to sweet and savory.  Come wing it with Silver Legacy at this year’s Great International Chicken Wing Society Cook-off on July 2 to 4.
