University of Phoenix Northern Nevada Campus brings holidays to families of Pleasant Valley Elementary

University of Phoenix Northern Nevada Campus is making this holiday season brighter for three local families whose children are students at Pleasant Valley Elementary School in Reno.

University of Phoenix Northern Nevada Campus staff has created three “Holiday Family Teams. Each team will support a family (of four) in need from Pleasant Valley Elementary through gift donations of clothing, shoes, household items and toys. Items will be wrapped and delivered by University of Phoenix staff to each family on December 15th.

“The opportunity to partner with Pleasant Valley Elementary and create a brighter holiday for some local residents is very important to our campus staff,” said Kathy Gamboa, Territory V.P./Campus Director. “In such a challenging economy, we are very pleased to support families who are in need and we believe in the educational foundation that Pleasant Valley Elementary School provides local children.”
