Concerns about traffic issues that will be created at this interchange by any commercial development should be addressed.
This interchange is the life-line for NW Reno residents, and there are already traffic jams and accidents at the intersection of Robb & Sharlands during morning and evening rush hours. Commercial development at this interchange may require a series of traffic lights at each end of the Robb bridge, which would cause further delays and traffic backups for NW Reno residents. Also, the exact type of businesses to be built should be identified before any zoning change is considered.
