This week’s lineup of activities in the Reno area covers all the bases: food, fall and festivities offer a wide range of opportunities to enjoy with family and friends.

  • Ken Ludwig’s The Three Musketeers at Reno Little Theater. The story, set in 1625, begins with D’Artagnan, who sets off for Paris in search of adventure. Along with D’Artagnan goes Sabine, his sister, the quintessential tomboy. Sent with D’Artagnan to attend a convent school in Paris, she poses as a young man—D’Artagnan’s servant— and quickly becomes entangled in her brother’s adventures.

Trick-or-Treat at Reno Public Market Get ready for a spooktacular Halloween celebration at Reno Public Market!  Be sure to grab a bite from the many food vendors, sip on a drink from the bar and immerse yourself in the spooktacular vibes for the market’s trick-or-treat event. Thursday at Reno Public Market.
  2. Fall Crab Feed. Immerse yourself in a evening filled with endless crab, traditional seafood favorites, delectable sides and sweet treats. There will also be live music. Friday and Saturday at The Atlantis.
  3. The Laramie Project.  In October 1998, a twenty-one-year-old student at the University of Wyoming was kidnapped and severely beaten. The Tectonic Theater Project made six trips to Laramie over the course of a year and have constructed a moving theatrical experience from these interviews and their own experiences in Laramie. Opening day is Saturday with two additional dates at Redfield Theater at UNR
  4. Royal Father Daughter Ball. Enjoy an evening with your little girl at the Grand Sierra Resort, featuring dancing, royal treats and a special prize drawing. This semi-formal event is designed for girls in kindergarten through sixth grade and their fathers, grandfathers or other influential men in their lives. Saturday at Grand Sierra Resort.
  5. Fleas The Season : Reno Punk Rock Flea Market 2024. The Reno Punk Rock Flea Market is a non-profit dedicated to supporting the Nevada art and music scene. The event is two days featuring 100 Vendors and 15 Bands. Saturday and Sunday at El Sol de Nevada Soccer League
