Whether you are looking for a romantic night or something to do, a table for one or a table for two, Reno’s nightlife has something for you on Valentine’s Day.

Chance Hayden at The Loving CupPortland based guitarist, composer and producer Chance Haydenleads the weekly Reno Jazz Syndicate session. Featuring bassist Cary Miga and drummer Tyrone Hendrix. 8:30pm-11:30pm; no cover; 21+

Galentine’s Day at Dead Ringer Gina Rose, Jen Scaffidi and Raksha Paksha are teaming up for a female-forward evening of music. “We all make bad choices with our naughty bits, and we’re all gonna die alone, come to the show and let someone sing to you about it.” 7pm-11pm; $5/$3 for a ‘table for one’; 21+

Getting Dirty On Valentine’s Day Terrarium Class – Whether you’re paired up, solo or with a group of friends, the 8th Annual Getting Dirty on Valentine’s Day Terrarium Class at The Nest is a unique, no-pressure way to spend a sometimes dreaded Hallmark holiday. 7pm; $45 advance/$55 day of.

Press Start Super XOXO Valentines – Press start on your honey’s heart in Reno’s sweetest arcade. Press Start will be offering a photo wall, drink specials and ‘mystery boxes’ for couples or singles all night long. 6pm-close; no cover; 21+

Record St Premiere – Film fans can catch a brand-new production at Holland Project. Reno filmmaker, Brandon Shirey, debuts his film “Record St”, a “mesmerizing short film full of mystery, intrigue, shitty attitudes, and strange occurrences.” 6pm; no cover; all ages.

Reverend Horton Heat – If you’re looking for the big show, look no further than Cargo Concert Hall. They are presenting a full night of entertainment featuring the legendary Reverend Horton Heat, joining them will be Big Sandy (solo), The Voodoo Glow Skulls, and The Delta Bombers. Tickets available at Recycled Records and the Cargo box office at Whitney Peak Hotel. 7pm; $20; all ages.

RTC Presents: Geechy Guy – Chuckle lovers can get their laughs in over at Reno Tahoe Comedy in the Pioneer Underground with rising comedian, Geechy Guy. The Guinness World Record holder will be joined by talented local comedians playing Cupid at the evening’s event. 6:30 pm; $15 advance/$20 at the door; 17+

Shakespeare in LoveGood Luck Macbeth Theater Co. continues their run of the stage adaptation of the 1998 film classic. Nothing says ‘romance’ like The Bard himself risking it all for love. VIP champagne service seating is still available. 7pm; $18 advance/$20 door/$30 VIP.

Sirens – Another set of star-crossed lovers battle with fate in Restless Artists Theater Company’s presentation of “Sirens”. Witness one man’s journey toward, away from and back again to the love, and passion, of his life. 7:30; $$15 advance /$20 at door/$12 seniors/$8 students.

Valentine’s Weekender – Local favorites, Keyser Soze, will be bringing their smooth and rocksteady tunes to the Terrace Lounge for your Valentine’s entertainment. Guest DJ’s from The Thermites and Reno Soul Night will keep the velvet vibes going long into the night. 6pm; 21+; no cover.
