An event every week that begins at 8:30am on Friday, repeating until April 19, 2019

Cultivate and restore your health through relaxation and stretching exercises. Practice specialized movements, breathing techniques and proper posture to strengthen and stabilize your pelvic floor muscles. Through regular practice, these methods can relieve or prevent incontinence. Create a solid foundation for your entire body, increase pelvic floor function and enjoy relief from pain, digestive tract issues, muscle tightness and more.

Every Friday from March 15th to April 19th at 8:30-9:30am at TMCC Meadowood Campus.
