Dickson Commercial Group (DCG), northern Nevada’s largest full-service commercial real estate brokerage company, is excited to welcome three new partners to the company: Chris Shanks, CCIM, Joel Fountain, SIOR, and Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM. 

Chris Shanks, senior vice president, CCIM, joined DCG in 2014 focusing on investment sales. Shanks has been in the industry for more than 18 years. His responsibilities include providing advice, execution, and investment management services to clients who buy, sell, invest in, finance, and develop real estate. Shanks sits on the boards of the Downtown Regional Partnership and is a proud community advocate. Shanks is married to Therese Shanks, a partner at Fennemore Craig, and has two children, ages 9 and 7.

Joel Fountain, SIOR, senior vice president, joined the company in 2014 and leads the industrial team at DCG. In recent years, Fountain has represented multiple national industrial developers such as Dermody Properties, Panattoni Development, Prologis, and Locus Development, on speculative and build-to-suit projects in northern Nevada. Additionally, since onboarding with DCG, he has worked with more than 120 local and national companies in successfully leasing and/or purchasing/selling distribution and manufacturing facilities. Fountain is married to Kaitie Fountain and has two children, ages 7 and 10. 

Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM, senior vice president, joined DCG in 2017. With more than 13 years of brokerage experience, Hansen focuses on industrial, office, and investment sales. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The First Tee of Northern Nevada, recently completing a term as board chair. He is married to Elyse Hansen and has two children, ages 8 and 9.
