The Reno Fire Department announced today the arrest of Justin Cloughly, 44, for a charge of third-degree arson. Officials said Cloughly set three fires yesterday around Reno, including one that was alleged to be a homeless encampment in south Reno.

“The campers said that someone was setting a fire in a shopping cart and pushing shopping carts into tents.” That was a tip given to This Is Reno.
