High school students and their families are invited to take part in a free college fair from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, October 20, at the University of Nevada, Reno Joe Crowley Student Union.
Representatives from two-year and four-year colleges from across the country will be on hand to speak with guests. Seminars pertaining to college that include financial aid, scholarships, housing and admissions testing will also be held.
The Washoe County School District and the Western Association for College Admission Counseling are sponsoring the event. Those planning to attend are asked to register online at https://app.strivescan.com/students. Students without internet access can register onsite.
