Charity Drive Collects Hygiene Products for Homeless Women

Donate to the Third Annual Golden Tampon Drive from now to June 1, 2019.
The Volunteers of America Northern California & Northern Nevada is accepting all kinds of feminine hygiene products and will distribute these items to clients of programs including its resource center and shelter for women experiencing homelessness.
“Every donation makes an impact and works toward helping women restore their health and dignity — period,” said drive organizer Shanda Golden.
A convenient way to donate tampons and other feminine hygiene products is to order through Amazon and ship it directly to Shanda Golden of Volunteers of America Women’s Shelter: 315 Record St #200, Reno, NV 89512.
