Vida Luxury Living Meets Housing Demand in Northwest Reno

Guardian Capital Partners, the team behind Vida Luxury Living, is introducing 312 units on the 20-acre property to meet the unprecedented demand for housing in the Reno area. The multi-family community offers one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes in the foothills of Northwest Reno.

The community offers amenities like a fitness center, pool, spa, gourmet kitchens and designer floor plans. The brand-new apartment homes are near hiking trails, bike paths and a wide variety of outdoor recreational activities. Twenty minutes from Truckee, it’s the perfect location for the avid outdoorsman.

“Vida Luxury Living provides residents with the comfort of resort-like amenities within their everyday living space,” said Chairman and CEO of Guardian Capital Partners James Previti. “The distinguishable offerings of the property support an active, healthy lifestyle for all residents — no matter the household.”

The lavish outdoor grounds feature two floors; the upper floor includes the pool with a year-round hot tub, beautiful outdoor kitchen and barbecues, croquet court and a putting green. The lower level has two dog parks, a playground, picnic benches with a second barbecue area and bocce ball courts.

A fully equipped gym and a Yoga/Fitness on Demand studio—an interactive cycling experience—will keep residents active with plans to bring a guest fitness instructor to teach monthly classes such as yoga and bootcamp style workouts. Future community events will include food trucks and special events for residents as well. Near Interstate 80, the apartment homes are close to an assortment of dining and shopping experiences.

New tenants will receive a $500 Visa gift card when they move in by April 15. Also, Eggstravaganza will highlight holiday gift specials. Applicants can pick an Easter egg containing various move-in gifts like Visa gift cards, iPads, waived fees and other restaurant gift cards.
