Treat yourself right in 2019 and join in the Self Love Winter Workshop at The Holland Project on Saturday, 1/12. Focusing on dealing with our “winter blues” using emotional intelligence and making values-based goals for the new year, UNR psychology graduate student Ali Szarko will lead participants in a 3-hour experiential training on the “self” and the steps we can take on a daily basis to be more loving of that ever-changing person.
Bibo Coffee Co on Record St is hosting the opening of Trasher: Amateur Portraits of Professional Skateboarders.
