Waterfront at the Marina by Guardian Capital and LandCap Investment Partners, LLC. introduces a new way of living on the water’s edge of the Sparks Marina. Apartments will be released in two phases — with 115 units being introduced in Feb. 2019, and 94 units in May 2019.
