Waterfront at the Marina by Guardian Capital and LandCap Investment Partners, LLC. introduces a new way of living on the water’s edge of the Sparks Marina. The public is invited to visit the Waterfront at the Marina during normal business hours to learn about leasing opportunities, and explore The Catalina and The Havana model homes, along with the Wellness Studio and Social Lounge.

A first of its kind to the region, Waterfront will be the only apartment homesite on a water’s edge in Reno and Sparks. The five-story wrap building will feature 209 spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes with resort-style amenities, including meticulously designed interiors with an aesthetic that’s both modern and timeless. Homes include quartz countertops, custom European cabinets, and individual washer and dryer units.

“From the moment residents step on the property, the undeniably serene environment provides a waterfront living experience without the drive to Lake Tahoe,” said Senior Vice President of Guardian Brian Fuller. “Waterfront at the Marina focuses on providing an abundance of convenient opportunities for recreational activities and overall wellness for our residents.”

The community features high-end amenities, including a year-round pool and hot tub, a rooftop lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with the latest in fitness equipment technology as well as onsite yoga and fitness classes. Residents will be able to park on the same floor as their unit affording easy access from a gate controlled central parking garage.

“Waterfront at the Marina delivers an architectural design that is new to the region,” said Heather Floyd, Community Director for Waterfront. “Residents can simply step onto the pool deck and watch the sunset over the Marina or even from the balcony of their own home.”

Most units will have panoramic views of either the Sparks Marina, Mount Rose or the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Individuals can explore the Sparks Marina accessing additional recreational activities including paddle-board, kayak and the two-mile paved walking path surrounding the water’s shoreline.

Apartments will be released in two phases — with 115 units being introduced in Feb. 2019, and 94 units in May 2019.

Future residents can reserve their spot in line to choose their future home by paying a $150 deposit at the leasing office (375 Harbour Cove Dr, Sparks NV). For more information, visit WaterFrontMarinaLiving.com.
