PHOTOS: Preview of 2018’s Great Reno Balloon Race

The Great Reno Balloon Race kicks off its 2018 festival Friday, Sept. 7, continuing through Sunday, Sept. 9. Local media got to preview the event on Thursday to check out this year’s colorful balloons and get a bird’s-eye view of the iconic event. Check out photos from this year’s preview day.

Ty O'Neil

Ty O’Neil is a lifelong student of anthropology with two degrees in the arts. He is far more at home in the tear gas filled streets of war torn countries than he is relaxing at home.
