Guardian Capital Partners, the team behind Vida Luxury Living, has commenced leasing of the 312 units on the 20-acre property to meet the unprecedented demand of housing in the Reno area. Vida Luxury Living celebrated with a Grand Opening ceremony on Thursday, July 12 were community members and dignitaries came together for the monumental occasion. The premier community features amenities like a fitness center, pool, spa, gourmet kitchens, and designer floor plans. The brand-new apartment homes are near hiking trails, bike paths, and a wide variety of outdoor recreational activities. Near Interstate 80, the apartment homes are close to an assortment of dining and shopping experiences.

The lavish amenities feature two floors; the upper floor includes the pool with a year-round hot tub, beautiful outdoor kitchen and barbecues, croquet court and a putting green. The lower level has two dog parks, a playground, picnic benches with a second barbecue area, and bocce ball courts.

A fully equipped gym and a Yoga/MyRide studio—an interactive cycling experience—will keep residents active with plans to bring a guest fitness instructor to teach monthly classes such as yoga and boot camp style workouts.
