Upholding its value proposition to provide its MLS Members with the most effective and user-friendly MLS system, the Northern Nevada Regional MLS has unveiled a new, savvy mobile MLS (Multiple Listing Service) app called Homesnap Pro, adding a best-in-class mobile solution to an already impressive array of real estate business software tools.

The Homesnap app ushers in a new brand of truly mobile and collaborative real estate functionality, allowing brokers and agents access to the entire MLS in the palm of their hands. With Homesnap’s tight integration with Paragon, the Multiple Listing Service database, real estate practitioners can be sure they will always be one step ahead in the data game. With Homesnap’s unprecedented client collaboration features, staying in touch with buyers and sellers is easy and low maintenance. Using Homesnap Pro, NNRMLS REALTORS® can access clients via a phone contact list, Paragon MLS contacts, or social media with just a few clicks.

“The NNRMLS team and its Board of Trustees are thrilled to offer this robust MLS mobile app as a core product to add to our members’ toolbelts,” said Gene Millman, CEO, NNRMLS.

Once invited, agents’ clients will love the signature Homesnap function of “snapping” a picture of a home and viewing the details of that listing, all while the agent stays top-of-mind. Homesnap Pro also provides a quick CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) tool, for agents who need an at-a-glance value range for a potential listing, as well as an easy-to-use safety tool for agents showing property. Buyers’ agents will enjoy the seamless connection to the NNRMLS flagship showing service, ShowingTime, transforming searching and scheduling a showing into an automated and almost effortless workflow.

While buyers and sellers “snap” and “favorite” listings in their areas, their agents receive real-time updates in the Homesnap news feeds of their clients’ activities. Agents’ clients will receive a branded weekly market report that will arm them with information so that they can ask their agents the right questions, ultimately making better buying and selling decisions.

“Homesnap is very excited to be launching with Northern Nevada Regional MLS,” said John Mazur, CEO, Homesnap CEO. “We know that NNRMLS members will greatly benefit from the enhanced productivity and connection that Homesnap brings to real estate agents and their clients, and we are thrilled that NNRMLS is making Homesnap available as a member benefit.”

NNRMLS is provides this innovative app to its members as an included member benefit at no extra cost. In keeping with its value proposition to support its members as the trusted source of real estate expertise, NNRMLS continuously strives to improve and expand its services to members, ensuring consumers have access to the information necessary to make informed real estate decisions. Offering Homesnap Pro is just one way NNRMLS is fulfilling its value to its members.
