Wolf Run Student Housing will support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by collecting on campus donations starting in December, for the event Up ‘til Dawn. The event will be held Friday, March 2, 2018, at the University of Nevada, Reno.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to support an incredible organization such as St. Jude Children’s Hospital,” said Shellie Brown, general manager. “We are looking forward to the Up ‘til Dawn event this upcoming spring and hope we can reach the Gold Sponsorship of $2,000, because of our efforts starting in November.”

wr-utd-5365844-4693892Wolf Run Student Housing will host a frame campaign weekly on campus to promote Up ‘til Dawn and for every student that takes a photo in the frame Wolf Run will donate $1 to the cause. The event Up ‘til Dawn was created to remember those children and families that are up all night long with their illnesses. The funds raised from this event will go directly towards helping children battling cancer and life-threatening diseases.

“We are thrilled to have Wolf Run Student Housing join the St. Jude family as a sponsor at the University of Nevada, Reno,” said Savannah Garcia, president of the Up ‘til Dawn Club. “St. Jude Children’s Hospital has a unique model of operation where a majority of the funding comes from donors, so events like Up ‘til Dawn, and sponsors such as Wolf Run Student Housing, are a necessity.”

About St. Jude Children’s Hospital: St. Jude’s goal is to change the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and life-threatening diseases. Their dedicated staff and team care for their patients day in and day out.
