The Loop is promising to be a family friendly entertainment and social facility. Located at South Meadows Parkway and Double Diamond, the 20-acre complex will feature drinking and dining and an indoor sports facility.
“This will be a social gathering place for people of all ages,” said Anthony June, president and developer of The LOOP project. “We are centered around food, entertainment, activity, and interaction. We’re driven by service and safety, but our number one priority is to make a difference in our community.”
The location will have three different spaces: two dining and entertainment areas and an indoor sports facility called the Sportsdome XL. Bowling lanes, roller skating, a ropes course, and arcade games will be part of the new development.
“Zeppelin, a social space for adults in an intimate atmosphere, will showcase fresh oysters, drinks, shareable foods, and the best patio in all of Reno,” June added. “Award-winning chef Jakon Tolhurst will be at the helm of both kitchens. Originally from the Nevada City-Grass Valley area, Chef Tolhurst brings over 15 years’ experience in the Reno cooking scene to The LOOP.”
The LOOP is looking for businesses the occupy the space. Contact Kevin Annis at 775-852-9800.
“The LOOP will be the new signature of Reno,” June said. “We are Reno locals, and we love this place, but while there are so many exciting things happening here, there was a piece missing. The LOOP fills in the missing piece by bringing an innovative gathering place to our community to be enjoyed by everyone.”
