Standard Management Company is working to execute the next phase of their re-developments and remodels this fall. These improved apartment communities will upgrade and revitalize the Sparks area.
A combined amount of $5 million over three years is being put towards the Eastland Hills and Spring Villas properties in Sparks, together comprising over 500 apartment units.
“We are adding a large BBQ park and garden area to the Eastland Hills community for our residents to enjoy. These are new amenities that will be a great addition to the community!” said Steven Cohen, president of SMC.
Spring Villas offers direct access garages to all units. The interior remodels will include upgraded kitchens with stainless steel and granite counter tops, along with new flooring, paint, and lighting fixtures to accentuate the high ceiling and loft-style townhouse units.
“Remodels contribute to a greater choice for people moving in and around the Reno/Sparks area with the expanding range of new jobs and opportunities,” said Mr. Cohen. “Standard Management Company will continue to update and provide progressive amenities and living choices to the growing population of people moving from Las Vegas and northern California to Reno/Sparks. We have been seeing an increase in lease applications from those two sub-markets.”
