Restless Artists’ Theatre Company Presents “November”

Date:

Restless Artists Theatre November

Absurdly funny and delightfully intelligent, David Mamet’s political satire “November” will take you away from the drama of the election and deliver you to a place where you can laugh for a couple of hours. The play, directed by Doug A. Mishler, wraps up a run at Restless Artists’ Theatre Company this weekend.

The story centers around an incumbent President Charles Smith in the middle of a very challenging election after a very ineffective presidency. President Smith is preoccupied with what will come next in his life and how he can appease his insistent wife. Then comes along a turkey to bring some added drama and humor.

We have seen just a few productions from the Restless Artists’ Theatre Company, and what they have offered so far has been quite entertaining and delightfully produced. “November” is no exception. The cast delivers the story in a way that will keep you mesmerized in anticipation for the next twist that you know is just around the corner.

“November” has three remaining shows, Nov. 11 and 12 at 7:30 p.m. and a matinee Nov. 13 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. For more information visit http://restlessartiststheatre.org/
