3 Juveniles Arrested After Assault Caught on Video

Date:

I WAS JUST ATTACKED DEFENDING A POOR HELPLESS WOMAN IN RENO. PLEASE SHARE AND HELP US FIND THE ATTACKERS. As you can see in the video, they were punching her in the face and hitting her car with rocks and spray paint cans. I got hit a few times in the face and body with rocks, cans, and fists (every time the camera goes down) but I'm fine. She's got some bruises and cuts and was in shock but is generally ok. This was round 2, after they had already attacked 2 female employees at the store I was shopping at. I was only trying to defend as they were minors and I didn't wanna attack them, plus they were smaller than me. Crazy day.

A juvenile male and two female juveniles were arrested this week after an assault of an employee of business on Kietzke Lane.

According to the Reno Police Department (RPD), “When a female employee approached the juveniles to ask if they needed help finding something, the juveniles began to yell obscenities at the employee as well as customers inside the store. The male juvenile punched the female in the face, and the three juveniles left the store.”

The employee then followed the juveniles in a vehicle with a concerned citizen.

“At one point the man exited the car to capture the juvenile’s faces for police,” RPD said. “As soon as the man exited the vehicle, the juveniles were caught on the man’s video attacking him by throwing rocks at him, and hitting him with their fists. The videotape also showed the juveniles attempting to smash out the windows of the car and the juveniles battering the female employee who was sitting in the driver’s seat.”

A video of the altercation was given to RPD, and the suspects were identified by the Regional Gang Unit. All three suspects, aged 12, 13 and 16, were arrested and booked on battery and burglary charges.
