Sierra Sage Golf Course Launches Photo Contest: Win Free Golf For a Year

Take your best shot at Sierra Sage Golf Course now through Nov. 7, post it on the Sierra Sage Facebook page and you could win free golf for a year. Weekly winners get a round of golf for two with cart.

With just nine weekly winners, your odds are pretty good if you just come out to the course, just eight minutes north of the Spaghetti Bowl off of Stead Blvd, and snap a selfie, a scenic or an action shot. Weekly winners are chosen by an esteemed panel of judges based upon creativity, relevance and quality.

This fall is the perfect season to bring your friends, family and co-workers to Sierra Sage for the More the Merrier Twilight Special. Everyday after 1 p.m. a single player with cart is $29, A twosome is just $27 per player, but bring a foursome and its just $23 a player with cart.

The Sage is Reno’s most playable, walkable and affordable golf experience. with grass tee driving range, two practice putting greens, two practice holes and the friendly confines of The Pub — the perfect place to settle those bets.

The Sage will soon will be home to the GolfBoard, a surf-inspired motorized golf vehicle that is an entirely new way to traverse the course. The four-wheeled board allows users to turn by simply shifting their body weight in a carving motion akin to snowboarding or surfing. Clubs sit upon a shelf attached to a stability handle.
