According to the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), Teleperformance U.S.A., multi-channel outsourcing giant, will be opening a contact center in Reno, with plans to hire up to 500 employees.
“Teleperfomance U.S.A. is a global leader, and we welcome them as the newest member of our community,” said Oscar Delgado, Reno City Council Member and representative of Ward 3, where the new center will be located. “Reno’s future is bright for businesses and citizens alike. As we continue to attract more businesses, we are also supporting our local economy and providing employment opportunities. Our city has much to offer, and it’s a great place for new families to arrive.”
