The Reno Police Department (RPD) released information last week about a homicide that occurred in Reno on April 14, 2015.
A suspect and person of interest was identified in the case; Hector Padilla (DOB 08/21/74), was located and arrested by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department this afternoon on open murder charges.
RPD detectives are headed to Southern California to extradite Padilla to Reno.
