Hawaiian style fish cafe, Coconut’s Fish Cafe, is seeking to expand its franchise operations in Washoe County.

“We are determined to maintain Coconut’s culture and values as the brand expands into neighborhoods throughout Reno, Sparks as well as nearby communities in Washoe County,” said Michael Phillips, founder and CEO of Coconut’s Fish Cafe. “It’s amazing what happens when a brand like Coconut’s delivers on its promise to bring world-class, Hawaiian-inspired dishes and a piece of Maui’s distinctive environment to restaurants throughout the country. And, we’re doing it with exceptional service focused on Aloha and Ohana (family).”

Coconut’s is considered fast-casual food.

Franchise candidates should consider a Coconut’s restaurant as a primary business, and previous restaurant ownership is desired.

The company offers training, site selection help and marketing support.
