A one-stop shop where people can connect one-on-one with the professionals all in one location, Senior Fest offers opportunity for people to find services to help them retire in the Golden Years.
Senior Fest features senior service information and referral for people to remain independent and self sufficient.
The event is at the Reno Town Mall September 8, 2015.
Those attending learn about Social Security, Medicare, long-term care insurance, Nevada Aging and Disability Services, assisted living opportunities, in-home care, legal assistance, and more. Health and wellness screenings are offered on-site at no charge and counseling for advanced care. Flu and pneumonia shots will be provided by Renown Health and Immunize Nevada.
The cast of the Eldorado’s Saltoriya, a Theatrical Cirque sensation, is making a special appearance, and Brian Andrews as Elvis – The King, is a locals favorite. Erika Paul and the JazzKats will round out the day performing the classics.
