The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) is seeking to change zoning for nine of its properties in Stead under a proposed master plan amendment.
Six land parcels are proposed to be changed from public facility to industrial commercial zoning, and the Mount Vida Street property is proposed to be changed to urban residential or commercial.
UNR is holding a public meeting to answer questions about changes to the master plan amendment.
The meeting is Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at the North Valleys Library, North Hills Shopping Center, 1075 North Hills Boulevard, #340, Reno, 89506. The meeting is at 5:30 pm.

- 13905 Mount Vida Street
- Texas Avenue
- 5257 Bravo Avenue
- 5210 Alpha Avenue
- Fox Avenue
- 5600 Fox Avenue
- 5275 Alpha Avenue.
